Location Location Location

Just spent two weeks here including thanksgiving holiday. we watched this park fill to capacity the day before the holiday. We liked it better when there were a few empty spaces. It’s just how it is at RV parks like this-not much room. BUT- go out the locked gate at the back of the grounds, walk thru a park and across a (not too busy) street and there is the Pacific Ocean. The beach was hit hard by storms over the past year apparently and much sand has washed away. Leaving most of the beach covered in a thick layer of smooth river stones. Not easy to keep your balance on but doesnt hinder your walk to the surf too badly. We have loved our time here walking on the beach with our dog. This RV park is clean, has amenities like community room pool hot tub outdoor gathering area with tables with propane fireplace built in. It is also pretty expensive.

Fun for the family

This is an excellent campground fun for the entire family. The campground is situated very close to the beach and has all the amenities to make life easier. I was very impressed with the level of security at this campground to include day and night patrols, and various camera arrays around the property.

Beautiful

Love how there was so much to do on the grounds and around.

They had an indoor rec room with billiards, shuffle board and more.

Outdoor rec area with corn hole, picnic area and more.

Pool and hot tub well maintained.

Easy access to beach and a mild walk to the pier.

This is RV camping

Clean and comfortable RV park. Very close quarters. Hot tub +1. Walk to the ocean. If your goal is to spend a couple of days at the ocean, this RV park will work. Pricey though.

Nice spots, clean bathrooms, good amenities

We stayed 1 night, loved the quick walk to the beach.
The resort is nice, about what you expect for space at an urban resort.
We went during the pandemic, so we were unable to take advantage of all that the resort had to offer.

Best RV Park in Town!

We stayed a little longer than a month and enjoyed how accessible everything was from this location. It's also a great home base for exploring up to Malibu all the way down to San Diego and every place in between. Carlsbad Village is just a few miles away and there is great ice cream and Handel's and cute shops and restaurants.

ABOUT: The RV park has its own back gate to the beach. It meanders through a little city park and then you can take the roads to find little beach access or walk through the neighborhood down to the proper beach and Oceanside Pier. Laundry is a bit pricey $2.50/wash and$2.00 dry, but they work well and one cycle dries your clothes. It's tightly packed, but manageable. One of the team members will help you park when you check in which is really helpful. Concrete pads and hookups placed conveniently by your rig. Picnic tables and a palm tree divides each site.

There is a commuter train that goes by and we were concerned before arriving due to working from home conditions, but we were pleasantly surprised. At our site it wasn't bad at all. It only came a few times a day and it was not a big deal. Didn't affect us working from the RV.

CUSTOMER SERVICE: Very responsive team, especially over email. Facilities are nice and the staff keeps the grounds very clean and tidy. It is a pretty laid back atmosphere and a variety of guests, lots of families having fun together. You can have packages delivered but they go to the office and not your site so remember to add your name.

WIFI/ CELL SERVICE: AT&T cell service worked full bars and wifi was great. Very little trouble working remote or streaming. There were a few times where we needed the support of our back up hotspot on our phone for video calls instead of their wifi, but other than that it was great.

Awesome place .

Awesome place to park your rv/camper very clean area. The staff there is great and very helpful. They even offer to help hook up your stinky slinky. The beach is 2 min walking away. I would definitely stay again.

Nice spot by the beach

This is a pretty nice campground with a short walk to the beach. The spots are a little tight. But, the place is nice and the staff are really friendly.

Impeccable, Fun RV Park Near Legoland and Beach

Okay okay, I probably shouldn't give this campground a full 5-stars. After all, it's expensive ($90 and up), and the sites are teeny tiny driveways with no room between them at all. But this place is FUN. Every little nook and cranny is well designed. You can walk to a beach. They have movies, a pool and hot tub and cozy little hang out spots. They really made the most of what is essentially a parking lot and I can see why someone would want to stay for a while or return year after year.

Pros: Just about everything said above plus a great lounge area (with PlayStation and shuffleboard), nice staff who will even help you park your RV, and generally a happy vibe all-around.

Cons: In addition to the steep price, the immediate neighborhood is not that great. There's a loud train that goes by (though I could not hear it in the RV) and the spots are the tightest ones of any campground we stayed at on our whole trip. The walk to the beach goes under a freeway and past some not-so-great spots.

Amazing RV Resort Near Beach

A nicely appointed RV resort in downtown Oceanside with an awesome staff. Pull-through and back-in, full hookup spots available. Cable, wi-fi, a clubhouse with TV and PlayStation for the kids, pool table, games to check out, and a small swimming pool and hot tub. There are also outdoor community areas with ping-pong, bean-bag toss, grills, and other activities.

The resort is only a 5- minute walk to the beach and not far from Oceanside restaurants and shops. While it’s a tad spendy, you really do get a lot for your money with a great near beach location.
