After agreeing with somebody who had an RV they said we could keep our tents pitched on the site then 3 days later the ranger came and demanded that we paid for staying there when the person that we are staying sharing the site with you had already made an agreement and it had already been paid for an RV and tents and as far as I know they cannot receive two different payments for one site that's cheating but other than that we had a great time the flies we're kind of crazy mosquitoes mosquitoes were pretty crazy but that goes with the regions of camping we didn't try this place yet with an RV but we will despite what happened to his last time at some point

UPDATE

WE HAVE NOW CURRENTLY TRIED WITH AN RV and is definitely a huge difference then just tank camping they have full hookups no internet and you can get as far away from the lake or as close to the lake as you want but they pick your campsite for you parking around the lake is good they have a little water park but we didn't get to experience all too much as for lots of things are still closed due to covid no fault of the camping site people's
