In Magazine, you will find a dollar store, two gas stations, post-office, shops, and home-town cooking restaurant. Many other restaurants and shopping with in 30 minutes of the campsite. The communities surrounding your campground have many Eclipse celebrations planned including festivals and concerts. There are several side x side trails on Forest Service property to ride for free. There are many open sight observation spots to view the Eclipse on April 8th. Campsites are available from Friday April 5th - Tuesday April 9th. **

The Best Camping Near Blue Mountain, Arkansas

We stayed during our Thanksgiving break visiting relatives.  It is quite secluded but has beautiful scenery.  Blue Mtn Lake access is literally minutes away.  The town itself is quaint and charming.  Loved the small thrift store and Old Town Bank Museum.  The Hwy 10 Cafe is delicious with a wide selection , big portions, and excellent prices.  The host was easy to reach and even checked on us and built us a campfire.  We will definitely be staying again.
