Hammock camped in nearly empty campground

I hammock camped  while at Bear Creek, and had the campground almost to myself midweek in October, only two others camped in the area.  Camping area was in a nice wooded forest with campsites nicely spread apart, plenty of room to spread out.  Each site has a picnic table, metal fire ring and a metal pole for handing a lantern.  A water frost free was available in the parking area for water.  Vault toilet is on the old side with the lowest sitting toilet seats I have ever used.  Camp cost is $8 but I had to pay $10 as they had stop collecting the fee envelops and you had to use the Recreation.gov app to pay for the site which charged $10.  The problem with this is that I had no coverage in the campground, had to go up to the entrance to get signal to down load the app and set it up, then back to the campground to scan the QR code, then back up to the entrance to complete the process.
