Great little desert boondocking campsite

This campground is free up to 14 days to stay at, no water, hookups, very basic site's fire ring and grill inserts, 2 bathrooms, and that's about it. If you camp on the mountainside nothing up there but great views.

There a small town called Meadview that's your last stop for gas, light supplies, and food, there's a very good place to eat called the Crows Nest very good food at great prices.

From the gravel road, you will be at the campground after about 5 miles, another 2 miles from the campground is the river.

  • This is the road that leads up to the mountain campsites.
  • mountain views along the road that leads to the colorado river.
  • class 6 whitewater rapids, this is about a mile hike on the left-hand side looking at Colorado river, this is where the Colorado meets lake mead.
  • picnic tables and info on the area, no camping is allowed around this area.
