We have TT membership and used this as a base in January ‘22 for shopping, and doing needed chores between campground’s in nature and boondocking. Made fast friends with the neighbors, got tons of recommendations from anyone walking or biking for things to do nearby. One neighbor generously let us use his step ladder to give our mh a good washing. We didn’t really stay long enough (1 week) to get into activities but we joined the many bike riders in the park. You can get a few miles in just going up and down the streets inside the gates. It’s not our favorite jam but it’s easier to take when you meet really friendly people.
