We only stayed in this campground 1 night and it was the only one with RV hookups in the area from which you could commute to the North Rim of the Grand Canyon easily.  The sites are adequate, Ours was wedged between two other sites at an angle which made it a little tricky to back in but the hosts helped guide us in between other trailers and trees.  We did not have a full hookup (no black/grey tank hookup) but only really needed water and electricity.

I would recommend this campground for those wanting to visit this area.  The facilities appeared to be good although we did not use anything other than the dump station on the way out.
