Awesome park in Williams
We’re gushing about this park! Really nice people and fun amenities at the park. We’ll be staying there again this summer.

We have a 30ft travel trailer and we had a back-in spot this time. Actually our very first back-in spot. Full hook-ups were clean and user-friendly. The pavement on which the RV was leveled was pretty much level so we didn't need to make any adjustments. Over a wonderful location even the occasional freight train passing right behind our spot wasn't back. Id's enjoyed it.
Campground was clean and well-kept. We came to ride the Grand Canyon Railroad, the RV check-in was liking Clarity on how we completed our check-in for the train to the Grand Canyon. We had to figure the check-in process on our own.
Very nice resort with nothing bad to say, they do have rules to protect their investment that other places don’t but overall a great place to hang in Williams
We had a great time staying at this park as a family. We rode the train, visited the hotel pool, used the dryer, and enjoyed the town immensely. The RV area is paved with full hook up utilities easily accessible.
That said…… The BNSF train goes through all night long without regard to schedule. I’m sure it affects the whole town, just be prepared for the horn blaring and train cars click-clacking by.
Beautiful ground and facilties. Clean amenities.
Needed a place to stop so we could go to the Grand Canyon. This discovery was accidental at best, but what a goldmine and a must-visit. This RV resort has everything and is well-run. Access to hotel amenities (pool, hot tub) are included with your stay. Why drive to the Canyon when you can take the train? What a grand experience. The downtown area of Route 66 is alive and well with shops, food, and entertainment.
This place is really well designed and has a lot of extras for the price. It is really close to downtown and a Safeway is about 2 or 3 blocks away.
Very friendly staff and convenient location to the railway into the Grand Canyon. They are dog friendly with air-conditioned kennels if you want to leave your furry family members for the day‘s adventures.
This is a Good Sam campground.
Pros: Basketball court Playground Nice amenities Level concrete sites Picnic table Hour drive from South Rim of Grand Canyon
Con: Train whistle at night when trying to sleep.
It was a nice big lot, pretty minimal! Couple things I like though…
Laundry was clean Pool was okay Park for kiddos was great Spots are massive. Great for us and larger.
We are 38’
People there were great.
Train was loud. And it was super close to downtown Williams. Which was awesome!!!!
This campground is clean, well run, centrally located and has everything one needs when camping, except quiet and solitude, but then it isn't that kind of campground. This is the place to stay if you're riding the train. Plus, it's within walking distance to historic Williams and all the Route 66 has to offer.
Newer RV park in very good and very clean condition. Full hookups, fitness center, pool, laundry, showers and toilets. Good WiFi, but we mostly use Starlink. We will be back.
Smooth registration. Campground very well managed. There is a train track with trains coming by. No schedule as to when they do. Didn’t bother me, but might others. There is a train depot that goes to Grand Canyon South Rim. There is also a brewery close by.
Our second time here. We really like this park. Yes it is essentially an asphalt parking lot, and yes trains do go by and honk their horn‘s. The pros are the location and there are no RV park Nazis here.. You can walk to the train, the Grand Canyon brewery, and downtown Williams. While here we had a problem with our main slide out. We had to extend our stay while waiting for a part from Amazon. Diane in the office was a gem and even put a hold on her spot in case we needed to stay longer to get it fixed.
Clean place with Pool, hot tub and showers. The train at night is quite annoying however.
Yes, it is essentially a parking lot. But, the park is clean with nice laundry and showers. Sires are level. You are walking distance to town, train, and Grand Canyon Brewery.
Stopped for a couple of days to take the train and see the Grand Canyon, Very nice sites but not a lot of extra room. The nearby restraunt has a great breakfast. We would stay there again.
We stayed at this RV Park two nights. We were in Site 102 backed up to the train tracks. The noise really didn't bother us as we have a white noise machine. Site somewhat level. Had to use blocks under front tires. Very nice laundry facility. Cable included. We drove to the Grand Canyon from here. Took about an hour to get there. Must see! Downtown Williams is within walking distance and has lots of restaurants, shops and bars. We also walked over to the Grand Canyon Brewery for beers and pizza one evening. Very unique, beautiful place as well. Only big Con for this park was a lot of rocks/gravel and my dogs had no where to do there business comfortably. Also, sites are close to one another. Would recommend though if you stopping in Williams!
Flat level sites very easy to deal with close to Route 66 and railway for grand can
Best place to go tons of space big an little spots has a dump an fill station Has 3 bathrooms and showers down by dump an fill station the people r great (Bear an Wife, Paul an Wife, and Dennis are all great friendly and helpful people thanx u guys u made our stay the best
From the initial reservation for site to adding train tickets, to setting up boarding our fur kids, this place is spot on. Williams is a step back in time to when US HWY 66 with IT. The town embraces the era of pre freeway. The park is excellent! Hookups are great. The trains are next to the park but they are not that big of a deal. We did the train ride to the Canyon. Beyond words. Super easy, we got back tired and were right at the park. I have zero reservations about using either the park or kennel again. Home Run guys!
Check in was at 1:00 pm .they allowed us to come in at 12:00 pm. 25 mile an hour winds today. Forgot the lady’s name but very nice very helpful. Got all set up went looked at the laundry room showers and bathrooms extremely nice.
There is a train that goes last about twice every night and blows the horn (so that wakes you up at about 3am and 5am)
There is no dog park but there is a walk around path. There are a lot of weeds around the perimeter
Williams, AZ was in the right location for us to stop in at this park for a few days. We ended up getting some work done on the RV and stayed longer than we originally planned! This is a typical RV park. It is nice that it is right in town so everything is super close. It made grocery runs super easy. There is also a hotel that the property owns and you are welcome to use the hotel amenities if you are a guest in the RV park. They have a train that leaves from here to go to the Grand Canyon. We didn’t do it, but it is really popular. They even have a kennel on site so if you take the train you can kennel your dog. We used Passport America and it made the rate really affordable for what it is. With temperatures below 15 degrees, we are happy to have hookups to run our space heater! The sites are full hookup and there is a nice bathroom/shower facility on site too.
