We stayed here for a night as we were going to Petrified Forest the next day. The lady checking us in at the visitor center was far from enthusiastic, and it did not get much better after that.

The toilets (men’s) did not work (one did not flush and one was out of order), the restrooms were quite bug-infested, the place is fairly simple, you are quite close to your neighbors and there is little shadow. During the night it can be quite loud because of the trains and main road close by
