The sites are well maintained. They have concrete pads. Water and power hookups (the larger sites have sewer). Decent WIFI on the property. The bathrooms and showers are the cleanest we've ever seen. And the pool is a definite plus. 

The park is a lot of fun for all ages and the cost is very low.
