    Newbury, Ohio

Welcome to Punderson State Park Campground, nestled near Newbury, Ohio. This spot is a gem for anyone looking to escape into nature with a touch of comfort. The campground is open all year, so you can enjoy its beauty in any season.

One of the standout features here is the large lake, perfect for water sports. Whether you're into kayaking, paddleboarding, or just a relaxing swim, the lake has got you covered. There's also a fantastic disc golf course, though be warned—it's a bit technical, so bring your A-game.

For families, the campground offers a lot to keep everyone entertained. There's a cute nature center, a nice playground, and plenty of rentals available, from bikes to boats. The beach area is clean and has a shallow swimming section, making it safe for kids.

Each campsite comes with a picnic table and a fire ring, and you can buy firewood at the front desk. If you're bringing a big rig, no worries—this place is big rig friendly. Pets are welcome too, so feel free to bring your furry friends along.

The campground is quite hilly, so if you're looking for flat terrain, you might want to check the site pictures before booking. Some sites are more suited for RVs, while others are perfect for tents. The shower houses are spacious and clean, and there are plenty of flush toilets around.

Don't forget your bug spray, especially after a storm, as mosquitoes can be a bit of a nuisance. And if you're planning to stay for a while, Cuyahoga Valley National Park is just a 45-minute drive away, offering even more outdoor adventures.

So pack your gear, bring your sense of adventure, and enjoy all that Punderson State Park Campground has to offer!
