I bought a yearly pass for $75 and that includes a limited number of nights here and at several other camping areas in the region. The pass also allows you to use the facilities (but not camp) at LaPosa South. I think it's $10 a night for a one night stay. Showers are $1.
Yes, you're packed in. Each camper gets two parking spots. One for your rig. One for your tow vehicle or chairs, etc. It's a great place to come if you're craving company after spending time alone in the desert. Lots of full timers here and a nice community.
Hot showers are a benefit. You're right on the lake with great bird watching and kayaking. Some good hiking around here. Overall a great spot!
