Great stop not too far from the road. There was only one other camper there when we went. Weather was perfect for hammock camping which all the trees made easily possible. Little bit of road noise but if you’re looking for a somewhat primitive spot with the conveniences of a bathroom (along with other basic amenities; table, fire ring, etc.) this is a solid happy medium. This is the kind of off the highway camping spot that gives you that good balance of nature and quick access to get back to ramblin’.
