This is an ok park. First dozen sites are under a lot of tree coverage and mostly dirt. The back half is sunny and grassy. Sites do not offer much in separation, but vegetation is ample. There is a beach, but you need to drive out of the park to access. There is a "natural playground" by the beach, which is very creative and the kids easily pass a couple hours there. Availability is good throughout the season. Golf course (mediocre) on site is nice if you are into that. Bathroom facilities are very lacking. We never plan on using a flush toliet or shower when camping here.
It's close and something different...meh.
SiteStay on the back grassy sites!
