We loved it! 4 stars because the upper loop sites where we stayed did not have much foliage privacy at all. Bathrooms were clean, no pesky animals, hosts were nice, great location. Very dog friendly, we brought our pup. There are some gorgeous springs and mini-waterfalls along the lower loop roads.

We went in the first week the campground was open in June during the week, lots of sites were open/empty.

If you can, reserve a site in the lower loop closer to the river. The sites there have more space and privacy.
