Hawk Creek Campground — Lake Roosevelt National Recreation Area
Reviewed Aug. 3, 2017

Scenic escape.

Turned up late afternoon with plenty of camp sites available. Was early season tho and the water level was 60ft down dew to the dams being open for the salmon and snow melt. One valt toilet no showers and potable water. Super cool waterfall at the end of camp few rainbow trout in there. We hiked to some caves up on the hill witch was wicked. Not too many trees and no cover in between sites. Would be nice once the lake is up to its normal height. Boat launch 2 min drive. We will be back so try some pike fishing.
