This campground is set up as expected for a county park campground. Pretty much all the lots are hard pack gravel with no tent pads. Having a free standing tent is a bonus. Most of the sites are set up that way to accommodate various RV’s or tow behinds. Central located bath house with pay showers. Location on near the lake is good but can be crowded on the weekends. If your launching a boat do it early since trailer parking is limited. Campground spots are quiet and most have good tree cover. Recommend driving through and taking a look first of your local to choose a spot. This is a good spot for car campers or RVs and families.
