(Stayed 9/21) North Casacdes' campsites are free during off season but they are VERY LIMITED. We got this one the moment someone pulled out of it, and the night before we had slept in a parking lot at Colonial Creek because literally every available spot in the park was taken. If you get a spot, it's fantastic but God speed!
