Road is a little rough on the way up but I'd also take pretty much anything up it as there aren't any super deep potholes. 

You'll pass a turn off to ORV road but right after you'll see the turn off with plenty of little flat spots that sort of bend into the brush. Great find, clear skies for starlink and solar.
