I was not impressed with this pvt campground. Everything appears rundown, worn out and weedy. The tent sites have old crappy tables that need paint, fire rings are just rocks, some are full of trash. This entire CG is close to the Hwy 9 traffic noise. Tent sites are $40 plus tax!!! Crazy!! RV sites are $54 and many of the RV sites appear to have residents long term. There are some primitive 4x4 tent spots above the main office bldg but I cannot imagine how rough they are. This is the only CG at the east entrance to Zion NP and it needs some investment and serious overhaul maintenance. Their customers are the unfortunate folks that could not get reservations in the Zion NP CGs...the BLM needs to establish a fee CG if this east entrance of Zion is going to be developed.
