We've been visiting Perception Park as a family for over 10 years! It's always our go to spot for a close weekend getaway. The campground has various sizes of spots, and is kept clean. On one visit, we had a rattlesnake camping out in the roots of a tree in our spot, and the camp hosts took care of it quickly and safely (no snakes harmed)! This campground is also next to the river, and has easy access to get into the river in multiple locations.
