This is a nice little area. Close to the road but not too noisy. It's about 45 minutes to the Zion visitor center. Gas stations & restaurant close by.

The main entrance road is right before the hill if you're coming from Mt. Carmel Junction and is an unmarked dirt road. Easy for any vehicle to access. The second entrance would require a high clearance vehicle.

A few well defined areas, plan to have visible neighbors. There's a lot of room, but some areas have sand that would keep an RV from getting to it. It's dirt, so plan on some dust as well. BLM land so don't expect much shade. Everyone was quiet and respectful during our 3 day stay.
