big fan of this area. spots are spread out and not on top of each other. there’s cool spots by the flowing water that makes for natural white noise at the campsite. we stayed in late november during the weekday and there was a handful of campers here but it was easy to find a good spot still. it was cold at night and in the morning (temps from 20F to 15F) but nothing a good fire and morning coffee couldn’t fix. would recommend this spot but my guess is it’s pretty popular in warmer seasons so beware of that if you’re visiting then. it seems like a well-known spot out here.
