One of the less desirable KOAs that I've been to. WIFI didn't have a chance of working. Dog poop on the grass. They pack you in here maximizing the number of spaces. Its like a parking lot. The grass strip between each space is about 4 feet wide, so you and your neighbor are on top of each other. Cars were parking half off the narrow aisles and therefore tearing up the grass into mud holes. There were a good number of full timers on site with a lot of unsightly personal belongings all over the place. Close to the freeway. Traffic and train noise is moderate.
