North Campground — Bryce Canyon National Park

Cozy, quite & clean/heated bathrooms !

We arrive on a Tuesday around 3 PM in a 23ft Class B RV on a first-come, first-served basis and had no problem finding a site (#6) in loop A - the only campground open right now with several feet of snowpack in all other camp areas. The available sites were all paved, RV pull through, but definitely not level and close together (though not an issue for us as there were only a handful of other hearty souls dispersed around the loop). I wouldn’t want to come in her right now in a RV much bigger than 24ft due to the snow, ice and lack of level sites. Registration and payment via envelope and Dropbox at campground entrance. I paid $15/night on my Lifetime Senior InterAgency Pass. Very clean, heated bathroom and utility room which we appreciated as temps are single digits with wind gusts rocking the RV as I type this. No electric hook ups and water spigots, RV dump & Lodge all closed for the winter but facilities /groceries/accessories are available just outside the park entrance (Ruby’s General Store & Sinclair Gas). Short distance to all major scenic overlooks of the hoodoos in Bryce Amphitheater and associated hikes. Consider ice grips for your footwear if you plan on hiking this time of year, though many people said it was manageable with good hiking shoes. Would definitely stay here again.
