This time I am reviewing Lower Onion Creek. Upper and Lower are grouped together on this site, but they are 2 different campgrounds. Lower onion is directly across from the Fisher towers turn off on Hwy 128. No sign for lower onion until you actually make the turn and head down towards the site. We really loved this campground. River access so fun for kids. Set lower which helps when those super high spring winds come through. Bathrooms on site. $15/night. Dogs on leash. All spots did fill up after we arrived by 4pm on Friday evening. We checked out the bike path close to Moab this time and the Grandstaff trail also off of hw128. Both so fun and easy with littles.
