Nice site for Zion access

Rocky roads to get in, but most vehicles and situations can do it. Loved staying here. Quiet, windy and easy access to Zion

Not for RVs

Could be great for smaller rigs and tents. We have a 28 foot class C and the drop off into site and road conditions would not work for us. There is additional RV friendly dispersed camping up the road off of Kolob Terrace Rd.

Great spot if your self contained

No amenities. I have a good signal on Verizon and T-Mobile. Large clearing where you park where you can. Beautiful views of the mesas. During the week super quiet. Not super packed

BLM land, scattered campgrounds

This place came as a helpful surprise when I was scrambling for a place to park overnight. It’s a pull off spot in the side of the road, downs dirt and ROCKY road there’s a whole collection of fellow nomads/campers. But lots of space! Its rocky terrain with lots of random holes/ditches. My Ford ambulance took it like a champ though. Upon arriving someone in a camper was stuck in a particularly muddy spot and had to call AAA. But fellow campers were asking around and trying to get help! So even if you get in a bind, you’re in a safer atmosphere to do so. Just drive slow, drive careful, and try to get here before sun sets. It’s a lovely view. Oh and good cell coverage! My T-mobile varied from 1-3 bars.

Sitethere aren’t clearly labeled sites, I stayed closer to the edge of the cliff

Decent spot.

Reasonable close to Zion and La Verkin for supplies.

Zion On The Agenda

Easy access to road. You can drive further in to get away from the road if you like. Fire rings on most sites. Views are awesome. Not windy! Near ZNP. I'll stay here again when visiting Zion.

Diverse Landscape

Beautiful area with diverse landscape. Final site is full of broken glass, will need 4x4 once you take a left fork past the first few sites.

Quick Overnight Stay

We arrived to Hurricane Cliffs late at night on our travel to Zion. Very big BLM and easy to navigate. Clearly a popular place to stay as there a handful of other campers doing the same. Vehicles with good ground clearance recommended. Beautiful views. Fire rings are scattered around so find an open ring and park near it.

Amazing views of Zion

Just come here. You won't regret it. Dispersed, great Verizon for video calls, beautiful views, high winds at times, close to stores and full hookup RV parks. Best resturants are Oscar's in Springdale and River Rock roasting company.

Hurricane Cliffs dispersed #49-#53

Large area of dispersed camps. Designated sites are not really being followed, more like a large group area vibe. Lots of large rigs likely staging to visit Zion NP. Close to hwy 9 and good cell.
