Magical

We have not been able to stop talking about this place. As you arrive, it appears to be a generic, basic, gravel RV park in the middle of the desert. This could not be further from the truth. The sites are luxuriously spaced to allow for privacy and the ability to enjoy the experience in peace. The attention to detail is out of this world. There is no point in describing all the small things the owners have added to improve their guests' stay, but there are several notable items. First, and probably most impressive, are the appropriately-named Bath Suites that make you feel like you've entered a spa with heated floors and the option to shower outdoors. Second, there are so many spaces sprinkled throughout that present new - and breathtaking - views of the area. Third, the owners are available for anything from advice about local hiking to information about how to get around if you didn't bring an extra vehicle.  And, finally, the experience is simply perfectly quiet and serene.

Dark Sky Delivers

We visited the campsite in June which was super hot, but the campsite was perfect. We loved the space that we had between sites. Too many RV parks have you camping on top of each other, but this place gave plenty of room. They have a cute little dog park, a zip line for little kiddos, a dig site where you can dig for bones and other things, a terrace patio with places to sit and visit, showers, laundry, and options to rent jeeps or bikes onsite. The camp host, Rick, was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area.

Well-Designed, Premium RV Experience

Quite location off the highway with extremely friendly owners and plentitude of services. This is a really good location as a base for experiences and activities in the surrounding areas; plus, it’s under an hour drive to the east side of Zion NP.

The grounds look like they were built by an interior designer + expert contractor. ✔️Spa bathroom/showers with indoor or outdoor option. Even heated floors! ✔️Brand-new laundry machines $2/load payable via Venmo or Paypal ✔️ Community club house area with outdoor seating and more ✔️ Small office workspace area ✔️ Fiber Wifi internet with range to all of the campsites ✔️ Propane Exchange/Delivery ✔️ Propane fire pit for $5 fee ✔️ + Other services/partnerships whether that’s RV detailing I saw being done on site or adventure partners

The beautifully designed, modern campsite is extremely thoughtful and well laid out with many small impressive details. This is the type of site where you could stay for a month or two and feel completely at home.

The Gold Standard of RV Parks

This is a park to which all others should aspire and is finally one that embraces what has drawn many of us into RVs in the first place: natural beauty, solitude, and comfort.

From the spacious spots to the understated design to the scenic setting to the hotel-level bathrooms, cannot recommend this one highly enough for a layover night or an extended stay.

Hosts and owners were similarly awesome, thoughtful, and accommodating.
