Scenic stop on way to Canyonlands - Needles District

Creek Pasture Campground is a BLM campground located in the Indian Creek Unit of Bears Ears National Monument. This campground has easy access to the Needles District of Canyonlands National Park, which is less than 8 miles to the west. Hiking and rock climbing are also popular activities in the area. Be sure to check out the ancient petroglyphs at Newspaper Rock, which you drive past about 15 miles before reaching Creek Pasture Campground.

This campground was busier than some of the others in the area and had amazing views from a number of sites.
