Hidden gem

We stayed at #5 for 1 night. #5 is furthest from toilet but also furthest from anyone else. Only 6 sites total making this place very private. The hosts mom makes delicious navajo fry bread for 18$ a plate. This place is a hidden gem among all the other places near monument valley. The hosts dad is one of the friendliest ppl ive ever met.

Pros- views, privacy, 5 mins from town, trail close by, brand new tables/awnings for each site including a fire pit

Cons- extras; youll be asked if u want fry bread tacos. These are convenient and delicious, however our request for no cheese on one was overlooked so my son missed out. If u have allergies just really make sure u stress that when ordering.
While we were eating, we were approached by women selling jewelry. The timing was poor and although i made a purchase, i felt very pressured and would have liked to shop when i wasn't trying to feed the fam.

Overall we loved our stay!!

The views were fantastic. Soft red sand and perfect views
