Have stayed at this campground twice on cross country drives. Really lovely since it's close enough to the 10 not add to much time to your drive, but far enough that it's quiet and in nature.

23 degrees overnight in December was not my favorite as a CA/FL person, but beautiful sunsets and lots of armadillos around.
