The 1.5 mile trail to the site is clear and manageable with my 6 kids, 16-1 in age, while still being rugged. This site is close enough to the vaulted composting toilet for little bladders without it being bothersome with other campers coming and going. This site is close to the drop off for a creek bed so keep an eye on little wonders. No wood or charcoal fires are allowed in this area. Canister fuels only. Does have a picnic table at all primitive sites
