No sewer hookups, dump station only. It rained while we were there in late June and flies and mosquitoes were numerous. Nice lake that you can wade out for 50 feet. We are T mobile and there is no service for us. Had to drive 15 miles into Burnet to make a phone call. Verizon campers next door were constantly on the phone. Restrooms clean for the most part. Our site had so many trees that it was difficult to get in and we could not extend the slide all the way.
