Each site is individually owned and managed by an HOA. These sites are huge and most have special features, wet bars, cabanas, propane fire pits etc. Easy walking distance to the beach just over the dunes with a cart path.
This is a great campsite right on the beach. There are ponds and a heated pool. Some spots have cabanas, outdoor patio areas and furniture all set up. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. We love it here and highly recommend it.

This is by far the best RV park in the area and the best I have ever stayed in. We were here over 2 months. We were there through the bid cold snap Texas suffered in February. Everyone there was helpful and just great to be with. The staff is first class. All of the spots are paved and some have very nice tables chairs and even outdoor sinks. There is several ponds in the park which give you a nice views. I have reservations for next winter. Beach access is easy via there nice boardwalk
Sandwiched between the high end Cinnamon Shores North and South is The Gulf Waters RV resort! Full hook up sties located between manicured lawns and palm trees!!! Most sites have an outdoor gazebo with kitchen and seating area! The Lake sites have an amazing view and the park is a few steps from the sandy beaches! Wiffi in each site and 4-5 bar cell reception!!! Swimming pool, jacuzzi and impecable bathrooms with showers. Sites are book all year long so if you see one that’s open JUMP ON IT!!!!

We stayed here 16 days in a 34 ft. Travel Trailer. Our site had an outdoor kitchen, cement picnic table and benches and a lovely palapa. The resort grounds are gorgeous and very well maintained. There is a pool, hot tub, showers and gorgeous private beach. The sites are each individually owned and decorated. We enjoyed the nice walk, up and over the dunes on the boardwalk, right onto the beach.
Staff was super courteous and helpful. Grounds were kept clean. Great location, located between Corpus Christi& Port Aransas.
I can’t say enough about this amazing experience.We will be back! Excellently maintained RV resort!
