We’re staying in a covered space, water, electricity and sewer included in $800 month space. Country setting. Mostly quiet except for moving traffic on the road behind us. Units are close together, but we’ve had only a great experience here. Office staff change right before we moved in, is a delight to work with. We’ve been here 2 months.
