Had a fantastic time staying here Sep 2nd-6th, 2020. 10 minutes to Graceland. 20 minutes to Beale Street, 30 minutes to The Lorraine Motel. Bathrooms were very clean. Camphost was very nice and knew the area well. I believe he said he has been there since 96' The park is very well maintained but being so close to a city, once you leave the park there is a lot of litter. I would suggest this to anyone wanted to explore. Will definitely stay anytime I go to Memphis.
