Ruff around the edges

We stopped for 3 nights as we were heading south to Florida and wanted to see Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg and due to the time of the year, everything around those areas were booked. Well the pics Passport America has of this place is no doubt when it was first built. I guess from talking with the campground personal this place has recently been bought and is under rebuilding. There is plenty that needs done. When we arrived we had to call the other campground that books this place as well to get someone over to us. There was an office but looked like no one been in there for some time. There is a pool close to the road, somewhat clean, water was clear. The campground itself had some annuals as well as others that were there for a month or two ( working in the area ) I have to say they were very friendly and helpful getting someone to us to help. Mind you we came in with 3 rigs all over 32'. Power and location was sketchy. We had no issues to speak of for the 3 days and in the evening, even near Interstate 40 it was quiet enough. Hopefully the new owners can get things back in order. Its only 30 minutes from Pigeon forge.

Laundry available, just a couple machines. Bathhouse, yes but.......
