Bad first impression
We arrived 1 hr 20 mins before check to a park that was 25% full and were told by a flustered front desk person we would have to go wait somewhere…they “weren’t ready yet”. This camp is in the middle of farmland so we had to tow ourselves into the National Park and wrangle parking in the visitors center which is exactly why we paid $100/night to avoid. When we returned thank goodness Denise was at the front desk and she was great. The next day we saw 2 different rv’s being escorted to their sites at the exact time we were trying to check in…hmmm. Close enough to the park but $100/night is steep for the area!!
