James was an awesome host. He worked with https://vanlifecampgrounds.com to create a little waterfront shared van life area on his 25 acre ranch. It has a beautiful area for nomads to park their rigs and shared spaces to work, hang & even swim. Spent a week and can't wait to come back again.
