I use full hookups in between boondocking, usually in and out with not a lot of time exploring. This time was different: I took advantage of the trails to explore the lake and Rogue River (took a lovely dip!) as well as using the well appointed facilities. And one evening I followed the local map provided by the office to take a hike across the road, just outside of prospect; it was gorgeous. If you go, check out the big boulder area. WiFi wasn’t the best and satellite was spotty because of the ponderosas; dang trees ;)

What a pleasant few days here in Prospect, CA, at the Crater Lake RV Park! While there were a few too many trees for NOLE (starlink mini) to be satisfied for a couple of meetings, we hobbled through and with the resident wi-fi available all worked out in the end. This place is simply lovely, with amenities as well as great access to nature . . . The Rogue river and an upstream lake (via damming) is in walking distance, and at check-in a map is provided for a surprisingly gorgeous and accessible drive-to hike across the highway. I came here to get a bunch of tasks done and was carried away by the surroundings. And Crater Lake itself is a short drive away. Thank you Crater Lake RV!

Nice facilities with lot of information for recreation in the area. Walking path and shaded sites. Park hosted live music with bonfire in the evening with hotdogs and s’more.

Found the location to be good. Close to Crater Lake and other outdoor nature spots. The bathrooms and showers were clean. The laundry was reasonably priced and convenient. Will stay again.

Campsites are nestled among large pines.  Your site may not see much sun but the trees add their own warmth.

The campground is not far from Crater Lake National Park, about 25 miles so it is conveniently located to visit the Park.

Nice, fairly new restrooms and showers.  The campsites for the most part have good separation. 

We ate at the pizza/brewery place across the road and it was great.

This was by far my favorite place so far. Clean, host was super nice and are space was big

I stopped in here to camp while I checked out the surrounding area (Crater Lake, National Forest, Lava beds) It was way better then I first thought. Spots are nice and private. The hosts and owner are top notch. Full hook up. Easy spacious lots with enough vegetation between to provide a private feel.

To top it off they have a Saturday Campfire, with music, food and drink. Open to the camp. It's a great place to kick back and relax with some live music.

Definitely coming back to this place.

My wife and i spent a few days here exploring the local area, there is a lot more to see here than just crater lake. The staff were very friendly and knew the area well, recommending good attractions for us.

The park itself was well maintained, nicely treed, and laid out in a way that gave privacy to the sites. Toss was also the quietest park I have ever stayed in, by 8:30-9:00 it was silent. I figured everyone must get up very early, but no... It didn't start waking up till around 8:30 or slightly later. 

We are planning our next trip there for later this year... It's that good.

Outside the fact they did not have laundry facility it was decent

One of the best places we've stayed! Beautiful campground with nice sized sites, some sites are not quite level. The wifi was pretty good, definitely better than most of the campgrounds we've been in. The park was located close to Crater Lake and dozens of gorgeous hikes with waterfalls! The bathrooms are probably the only area of opportunity but they were functional and clean. The price is very reasonable and based on your length of stay, so the longer you stay the cheaper it is!

This was a great little campground. The host helped us find several little fishing spots, shared some “local fishing secrets,” and showed you s the hiking trails right from the campground. We felt very welcome by all the locals and near by business owners. Just a short drive to Crater Lake, which is must see!!
