Off Hwy 20 on a fairly smooth gravel road sits this nice campground with semi private sites along the South Santiam River. This is a forest service campground operated by Linn County. 

All sites have picnic tables and fire pits though NO fires allowed at this time. There were pit toilets and hand pump water throughout. Half of the camp sites are reservable and the other half are first come first served. There were many open sites when we showed up on a Sunday morning in August. 

Some sites are right along the river. 

$20/night, no hook ups or dump station, garbage cans available but no recycling. 

There was also a picnic area and day use only area with no charge. Mostly shaded with sun peeking through.
