Busy - Site 15 is not private

Feeling compelled to write this review - take it with a grain of salt. We camped here twice. First was in June 2019 and then July 2020. They cancelled our 2021 stay due to the road being washed out. We have a travel trailer and booked site 15 on the water, this site boarders the day use area. June was cold, so we lucked out and no one was there aside from some fly fishermen. July the following year was NUTs, word was out on the site and it was pandemonium. At least 50 cars were waiting to get in due to it being at capacity. This was pre-covid, we have not and will not be back. We had dogs (on and off leash), kids, adults walking through our camp site. We had a great camp host who revoked day passes due to their inability to stay within the day use area. Not sure what the site is like now but the first time was fantastic. The lake is beautiful. While it was windy, we were able to get out on the kayaks. With that said, its a nice spot! Lake front property with a nice view. Overall nice site, busy like most other campgrounds.
