We had the opportunity to visit this park while working our way home form the Oregon coast. Access is just south of Bay city and north of Tilamoock of Hwy 101. Kilches reserve is on the Tillamook bay but the park is east 12 miles.

This was a very quiet park located next to the Kilches river, there was access to the river, nice restrooms with showers and ADA compliant. The road is narrow, be carefull if pulling a large trailer or RV.
