The other campers reviews the OTHER Farewell Bend Campground near the Idaho Oregon state line.

This campground had a very rustic vibe to it with no open spaces. It was complete canopy cover and the river access was to a creek that was fast flowing and gave great background noise, but no swimming access. Fishing was good though I hear.

Though there were many campsites open from no shows the camp had no accommodations (cancellation after a day of no-show) to allow campers access to those sites. The sites that say they are close to others are literally so close we wouldn’t have been able to open our slides and the ROAD NOISE was awful. The bathrooms were tolerable. The camp host was not wearing a mask and when we expressed concern about the closeness of the other campsite we were told Covid was a hoax. They did allow us to switch sites but made us PAY AGAIN.

I would not ever visit this site again.
