This is a campground works with reservations but they have a few spots first come first serve so we decided to check it out. Arrived at 3pm and there were still about 5 spots left for that night. There are large spots and tiny spots with firepit and picknick table. There is camphost. There is Toilet building with 3 vault toilets and water points. A few hiking trails nearby. Its a nice campground with a lot of trees. Keep in mind the noise from the road and train nearby.

Site#17 good place, site was paved in, it is noisy from the highway but when you are tired and ready to crash, it becomes white noise to your ears. They have a host on site price was $15 self pay

Great location. Close to the Waterfall Corridor. Great hikes nearby. Campgrounds is clean, and has water accessible. We stayed at campsite 2, which was a bit too close to the bathrooms, and the occasional stench from there would waft through. Outside of that, it was quiet, private and safe.

Great camping but freeway right next to spots

We stopped on a rainy night. A very sharp turn on the access road to the campground limits the size of trailers and RV's to 20 ft. We were unable to get into the site we reserved with our 17 ft. trailer because the site was on a steep hill and the driveway was angled away from the direction to back into it. With a few exceptions, the sites were fairly private and mostly shaded. The camp host kindly let us take an open site we could fit into.

My boyfriend and I came here with three of our dogs. It was easy to access the camp. We came on a Wednesday so we didn’t need to reserve ahead of time - there were plenty of empty spaces. We stayed in site 2 close to the bathrooms. Very well organized and the campsites feel private thanks to the trees. Absolutely gorgeous, fun, and easy experience.

Great spot. No hookups or showers. But nice hiking trails near by. Close to highway so can be kinda noisy. Very close to Portland. Camp host could pick up more garbage though.

Very nice place. Lot's of tall trees. The day use down below is great for hiking. Also very close to the fish hatchery. Camp hosts are very nice.

Expensive for a non electric slot right on the highway. All the trails surrounding the campsite were closed when we stayed so we were kinda stuck. Hosts were not very kind. Ok if you need to get off the road I guess.

Eagle Creek is a small campground (something like 20 sites) located high above the Columbia River. The sites offer good privacy and are quite large. Drinking water available, the restrooms were out of order so there were porta pottys located throughout the loop, but they were very clean. Great jumping off point for the various hikes and falls located in the gorge. Multnomah Falls, Larch Mountain, Eagle Creek Trail among others are all located nearby. Easy highway access. Only downside is the train noise a few times during the night. Was here right before the massive fire in September. Not sure how the campground fared and a number of hikes/site seeing options are closed until spring.
