Sawmill Flat

We didn't made a reservation and there were lots of spots left (on a wednesday) Beautiful campground next to the river with lots of trees. There are very large spots with firepit and picknick table. River accessible. There is camphost on the other campground nearby. There are vault toilets. A few hiking trails nearby.

Home valley

We made a reservation but there were still spots left. Nice host. Explains you all about the campground when you come in. The train passes right next to this campsite day and night (with horn) so keep in mind the noise from that. Columbia river next to the campground. Some camping spots are in a angle and not suitable for rv or bus or rooftoptents. We made a reservation for site 7 but we couldn't make that work with our rooftop tent. The spots are large enough but close together. There are porta potty toilets. A small 5 min walk there is a building with flushing toilets and nice warm showers. There is also day park beach nearby right of the campground.

Eagle Creek campground

This is a campground works with reservations but they have a few spots first come first serve so we decided to check it out. Arrived at 3pm and there were still about 5 spots left for that night. There are large spots and tiny spots with firepit and picknick table. There is camphost. There is Toilet building with 3 vault toilets and water points. A few hiking trails nearby. Its a nice campground with a lot of trees. Keep in mind the noise from the road and train nearby.

Threemile Canyon

This is more like a large parking lot for day tourists with a few spots right by river side. There are no designated camping spots. There is one vault toilet which is clean. There are mostly fisherman or boaters staying here. No shade. For a overnight stay fine but I would not stay longer.

Camp in a volcano Crater

It was a special camping experience. They just renewed all the roads in the park. Campground is right next to loop around the park with some nice spots. Clean flushing toilets and water. Get there in time! We had one of the last spots at 5pm

Last chance campground

Stayed two nights here. Very nice, large campsite spots with picknick table and fire pit. Friendly camp host. Clean vault toilets. Goose Trial is right at the campsite. Nice easy trial. First come spots. We came in late 700pm but there were a lot of spots left.

Nice campsite off the grid

Wide campsites in a loop near river. Most people stay here for a night. Easy to pay, at the entrance you can pay in cash in a envelope. Campgrounds are with picknick table and firepit. Nice camphost. Only thing to consider is that this campisite is next to very busy road with a lot of traffic. But good for overnight stay. Vault toilets and some water points. There is no cell service atnor near the campsite.

Camping next to the creek

We found this beautiful small campsite while we drove up to Georgetown lake and decided to camp up next to this beautiful creek. Very wide campingspots with firepit and picknick table. Vault Toilets are at the entrance of the campsite. Campground is not recommended for RVS. Its next to a road so keep in mind some noise from traffic.

Great campsite free with Park Pass

Beautiful campsite with lots of trees. Wide space camping spots. River nearby. Friendly host. You can hear a little noise from the nearby road. Toilets are clean, there is a cold water point.

Beautiful place

Beautiful and quiet. We stayed one night with car and rooftop tent. Arrived late 7pm but there were enough spots left. Toilets clean. River nearby.
