Bull Prairie Campground (OR)

Beautifully isolated.

We spent two nights here in mid-September. It was not super busy and that probably made our trip more enjoyable. A lot of the campsites are isolated by trees so you actually have some privacy and there is a decent amount of shade. However, be prepared to walk a little to the vault toilets, which were some of the cleanest we’ve used. The camp host Jody was super helpful and brought us a bunch of firewood. The lake is best for kayaking/paddle boarding. The lake is very clear in the middle but the edges have very tall sea weed.
