COE Lake Skiatook Twin Points

Gorgeous sunsets!

We stayed several nights (Fri/Sat) in September. Site #35. This site is lakeside and has lake access.

This site shared a water spigot with the site next door, and our hose wouldn't reach so it meant a quick trip to the Skiatook Wal-Mart to get a 50' hose.

Skiatook Wal-Mart was a bit of a drive from this campground.(14 miles, about 20 minutes, but it seemed like forever).

There was electrical hookups, water hook ups, and a picnic table. Restrooms available within the campground.

We fished a lot, and kayaked in an inflatable, but didn't catch much.

Lots of families camp in this campground. Many people had boats, kayaks, as well as remotely operated toy boats and such. One guy was parasailing in some kind of a rig that had a gas motor.

Lots of big rigs with televisions going (outside, watching football…) the weekend we were there. It was a little bit nosier then I would like. I prefer sounds of nature.

Perhaps a visit during the week would be better.

On the up side, the camp staff and fellow campers were very friendly. The water was clear, and the view we had was gorgeous!
