We are camping in a 27’ travel trailer in site 13 but there are beautiful tent sites, some right on the water. This particular site is beautiful, shaded, has a lake view, and is within 100 yds of a nice swimming area and a beautiful spot for SUP boards and kayaks. If you have a boat, it can be anchored by the beach. IMO this site was moderately difficult to back in the trailer so if you don’t have good backing skills this isn’t the site for you. There’s a picnic table, fire ring, and charcoal grill on site as well as electric and water- no sewer.
This is a CoE campground, it is well maintained. Park Host are very nice people. There is a pavilion and corn hole game setup, bring your own bags. Boat ramp is large and plenty of parking. Campsites are somewhat spacious. Camp is pet friendly. All the site except for the old pat of the campground has 30/50amp old side north end has 30amp only.
Beautiful view, Friendly Hosts, Clean site.
Great campsite! We enjoyed the view of the lake and plenty of space at our site! The park is nice and spread out and the sites are kept clean and well managed! Loved the rocky beach and how wooded all the sites were!
No firewood available to buy on site. They ran Out of toilet paper, but otherwise everything was great!
We really enjoyed our stay. The lake was up about 10 ft according to the camp host and had been flooded most of the summer. Both boat ramps were under water and several of the sites were still flooded too. The campground has a shower house on one end and vault toilets on the other. All sites are water and electric only. Most sites were older asphalt pads, but there were several newer sites, all concrete, and huge.
Blue Bill Point was recommended to us last spring (2018), and we've stayed there at least 5 weekends (some extended). The sites are not too close to each other. There are 'full hook-ups," partial, primitive, and day use. We've never encountered loud music or disrespectful neighbors. The swim area is perfect for our toddler grandsons, as it's a slow decline.
