Very clean and we'll run. Older couple own it and they are wonderful and very helpful. A great place to stop for a few say, a week or a month to explore the area. Road is paved, site are nice and our 40' MH fit nicely. They guide you to your site. Fire ring, picnic table, 50 amp. Peace and quiet. partly shaded, concrete patio. Really enjoyed our stay. They do have a tent area also. Very little road noise.
